Good is - care and response, friendly.
Sometimes take too long time to answer for the telephone in the morning time between 8.30 - 9.15. If something done to make it change is appreciated.

Everything about this Medical Centre is excellent. My only suggestion for improvement is to have the receptionists welcome and check in the patient rather than an automated service. I know this saves time (and money?) but it lessens the human contact. As daughter of 2 GPs, the receptionists were the rock of the Helath Centre. They knew most patients and added so much to the general well being of the whole set up. Your receptionists are lovely but we just don't see them very much!
